On June 23rd, I attended a conference with my pastor and others from various ministries at Higher Call in Raleigh. Although we were only able to attend this conference for 1 and a half of the 5 days, I will never be able to shake the wisdom and blast of God’s love encountered there. Pastor Duncan Smith of Catch the Fire Raleigh talked about the Cross and walking in oneness with God at all times, showing everyone how the same spiritual mentality especially applies when ministering to others. Carlos (also from CTF) ministered about the Power of the Cross, giving us the detailed description of Jesus’ crucifixion as scientifically told by Dr. Truman Davis. His wife Catherine followed, teaching how God is a God of relationship, leading us to write a love letter to Him (I encourage you to do this!). This was all on the first day! On day two, Rob (CTF) opened up with the knowledge of The Loving Father, sharing his testimony on how realizing the love of Abba Father delivered him from a hidden addiction to pornography (his story is AMAZING!!). Just when I thought I was going to explode, Mrs. Kate Smith (Pastor Duncan’s wife) led us into the Love of a Father and the different Father Types. I want to share what I learned from Rob and Mrs. Kate because I believe it’s so vital for many of you; I believe it will truly set you free. Please… meditate on each of the following blogs and allow the love of Abba Father to invade your heart and open the door for you to TRULY embrace His love for you in freedom.
